Alphonsus Matthew Gladney

After completing three successful careers—a military career as a US Marine officer, followed by a sales career starting at a young age up to Regional Manager at GM Germany, which I left for the third: founding my own business that I successfully led for 20 years—the “time of maturity” has come for me: I want to contribute to the economic success of others with my knowledge, my experiences, and my networking skills. I wish to do this with the qualities that have underpinned my own success: a strong ability to network, a vision focused on recognizing opportunities and potential, combined with sales and negotiation strength, and, due to my engineering training, a solid technical understanding of technical and technological processes and interrelations.

Over the years, I have built stable networks up to the highest hierarchy levels in the industries I was active in. This particularly concerns the automotive and automotive supplier industries, as well as the metal processing industry. With my ability to create networking contacts, it is also straightforward to branch out into other industries. It is important to me to now use my skills, the knowledge I’ve gained, and my experiences profitably for other companies.
